Aim of Examination Committee (2023 – 2024)

The primary aim of Examination Committee is to comprehensively evaluate students’ academic performance and grasp of the subjects they have studied, ultimately providing them with a formal qualification.

Objectives

1. The exams are frequently associated with University of Mumbai, with the intention of ensuring that colleges in the city uphold the academic standards established by the university.
2. Successfully passing college examinations is a prerequisite for admission to postgraduate programs and other professional courses, serving the purpose of ascertaining students’ eligibility for advanced studies.
3. The outcomes of these exams hold significant sway over students’ career prospects. A strong performance can unlock job opportunities and scholarships for further education.
4. Quality Assurance: College examinations are geared towards preserving the quality of education delivered by Mumbai’s colleges. The results play a pivotal role in assessing and enhancing academic standards.
