ECO CLUB AND SAP COMMITTEE

The main aim of Swachhata Action Plan Committee is to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and a healthy environment within the college campus.

OBJECTIVES OF ECO CLUB AND SAP COMMITTEE
  • Inculcate awareness among students and staff about the importance of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
  • To keep college campus clean and free from litter, garbage, and other waste.
  • Implement effective waste management practices, including proper disposal of solid waste and recycling initiatives.
  • Promote green and eco-friendly practices, such as tree planting, reducing energy consumption, and water conservation.
  • Promote personal hygiene among students and staff through awareness campaigns and the provision of necessary facilities like handwashing stations.
  • To organize workshops, seminars, and events related to cleanliness and sanitation to educate the college community.
  • Collaborate with local municipal authorities, NGOs, and other organizations to enhance cleanliness efforts and access resources.
  • Engage students in cleanliness drives, competitions, and projects to foster a sense of responsibility and ownership for the campus environment.
